Refund policy

Warranty, Returns, Exchange and Repair Service:
All of our products except clothing items are backed by a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that the product is received damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents. If a fault occurs within 21 days of delivery you have the option of an exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. If you change your mind please contact us for a return code.
