In the unlikely event that the product is received damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.
If a fault occurs within 21 days of delivering you have the option of an exchange or refund. If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 12 months from delivery except clothing) just call us on + 44 (0) 2921 990320 and we will issue you a return code you will need to post the product back to us (at your cost) and we will repair or replace it at our discretion and post it back to you free of charge In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
Changed your mind? For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ''as new'' condition, complete with any accessories and free gifts offered and if possible, with the original box and packaging.
