Shipping and Delivery

Pricing: All prices shown are ex VAT.

Carriage is dependent on the size of the order and will be shown at checkout or detailed over the phone in the case of phone orders.

Delivery: In many cases we can offer next day delivery from UK stock and most products are delivered within 1-3 days to mainland UK addresses only.
Ireland: North and South, Scotland, Highlands and Island's deliveries are from 3-6 days.

We use Parcelforce, or other postal services and will supply tracking information if it is available.

Warranty, Returns, Exchange and Repair Service:
All of our products except clothing are backed by a 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that the product is received damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents. If a fault occurs within 21 days of delivery you have the option of an exchange or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. If you change your mind please contact us for a return code.
